Information
The Blyde River Canyon is a 26 km long canyon located in Mpumalanga, South Africa. While it is one of the larger canyons in the world, it is smaller in comparison to those found in Asia, as well as the Grand Canyon and the Fish River Canyon.
Known as the "greenest canyon," the Blyde River Canyon is characterised by its subtropical vegetation and is part of the Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve.
A notable feature of the canyon is a rock formation called the "Three Rondavels," which resembles three traditional African-style round houses.
The canyon is also part of the Panorama Route, which begins at the town of Graskop and includes attractions such as
God's Window, the Pinnacle, and Bourke's Luck Potholes.
All our tours are conducted in private, air-conditioned vehicles, allowing you to spend ample time at each sight and fully enjoy the beauty of nature.
